Where it already runs

A version of this desk runs the front of house for a family wellbeing practice: it answers in English and Arabic, transcribes voice notes, sends off-hours booking requests to the owner for approval, writes her a recap of every conversation she did not see, and sits on top of a booking and invoicing back office. That deployment is the reason the edge cases on this page are described so specifically — each one was a bug first.
